Michael Mullally, the owner of Melt Box, built the brand around his passion for dessert, creativity, and bringing people together through fun food experiences. Michael is hands-on in every aspect of the business — from developing new flavors and mix-ins to perfecting the rolled-ice-cream technique and leading the team at major events. His focus on quality ingredients, consistent service, and a memorable customer experience has helped Melt Box grow into one of Kansas City’s most recognized dessert trucks. Michael’s enthusiasm and attention to detail ensure that every guest walks away with a dessert that’s unique, fresh, and made with care.
